Hi, I’m Sarah.
I’m a tattoo artist, shop owner and community advocate in Eugene, Oregon.
I also create original art and collectibles.
My Tattoo Work
I love bringing my clients’ ideas to life. I pride myself on my honest, clear and timely communication. I’m one of the few tattoo artists I know that sends design work ahead of time, helping my clients feel more connected to their upcoming session.
I believe that a person’s individual experience is of the upmost importance. I provide suggestions the evening before to ensure that your tattoo session is as comfortable as it can possibly be.

FAQ
-
-Do some research/ talk to your doctor about whether any medications you’re taking will interfere with tattoo healing.
-Avoid alcohol the night before and try to get a good night’s sleep.
-Eat a filling, protein rich meal roughly 1-2 hours before your tattoo session.
-Be sure to wear loose fitted clothing that allows free and easy access to the tattoo area with space to spare. Don’t wear anything you wouldn’t want tattoo ink on.
-Consider bringing the following:
-Snacks and drinks
-Sunglasses, head phones, and something to watch/ listen to
-A clean throw blanket -
I personally think that numbing cream can be a useful tool for getting through tough sessions. It can make stenciling tricky, so I generally suggest it be used for a color session and not the linework session.
Do your own research and please check in with me before using numbing cream. Since the use of numbing cream is fairly new, I cannot guarantee a flawless heal and therefore may not offer a complimentary touch up if needed. Use at your own risk!
So far the clients of mine that use numbing cream seem to like Painless Tattoo and Mad Rabbit. -
I have a comprehensive aftercare page on my navigation menu as well as on the Wild Rose Tattoo website!
